Refund Policy

All returns/exchanges must be done within 60 days of original receipt.

Any items damaged in shipping must be reported within three days of delivery. Items must be photographed from all angles in clear view of damage and photographs must be sent to us to receive credit for the items. Photographs must include damage to the shipping box if damage was caused due to shipping. Items will need to be returned to us once photographs are received and approved for the claim. No credit will be issued without proper documentation of the damage for the claim AND until the items are returned to us.

Refunds will be processed when the item is received. No refund will be given on items returned after 60 days of purchase. No exceptions will be given for returns past the 60 days. Item must be in new condition with original packaging. Exchange in lieu of credit is also accepted within 60 days. 

Returns are issued on original card of purchase. If the original card is unavailable a gift card will be issued on for the refund, no cash or checks will be issued for returns.
